Dr. Joe L. Dudley, Sr. is co- founder and Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) of Dudley Products, Inc., one of the largest African-American
owned manufacturers and distributors of ethnic hair care and cosmetics
in the United States.
Dr. Dudley’s career in the beauty industry began in 1957
when he invested $10 in a Fuller Products Sales Kit and began selling
door-to-door in Brooklyn, New York. In 1967, Dr. Dudley and Dr. Eunice
M. Dudley co-founded Dudley Products and began their life-long commitment
to the professional cosmetologist through product development, educational
programs and empowerment opportunities.
Dr. Dudley is known nationally and internationally as
an inspirational speaker and humanitarian. Among his numerous achievements
and awards include: 2008 Member of Horatio Alger Board of Directors;
2007 Black Retail Action Group Recognition Award; 2005 Trumpet Award
Recipient; 2001 Direct Selling Association Hall of Fame Inductee; and
1995 Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans Inductee.
He is also the author of I Am, I Can & I Will: Walking by Faith
– a life-changing book that proves you can achieve what you believe
with faith and hard work.
Dr. Dudley is the father of three adult children - Joe
Jr., Ursula & Genea, as well as the grandfather of Mark Jr. & Elena.

presidency of the United States on the Democratic ticket, calling for
a “Peace Room” as sophisticated as our war room, to scan for, map, connect
and communicate what is working in America and the world.
As a citizen diplomat in the former Soviet Union during
the 1980’s she co-chaired a number of Soviet-American Citizen Summits,
introducing a new form of conferencing called SYNCON to foster synergistic

to seek common goals and match needs and resources including the growing
edge of human capacities, spiritual, social and scientific/technological
of the whole system.
She remains a leader on the growing edge of the women’s

Ms. Oliveros is an author, speaker, and international business attorney focused on
working with clients in international business, e-commerce, international distribution and
marketing of products and services, technology and intellectual property protection, real
estate investments and social entrepreneurial endeavors. Ms Oliveros holds a
Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, a Master's degree from The University
